Quick recipe finder White peach mojito

Ingredients
- 6 fresh mint leaves, plus 1 sprig mint, to garnish
- 25ml/1fl oz fresh white peach purée
- 20ml/¾fl oz fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp sugar syrup
- 35ml/1¼fl oz dark rum
- 2 tsp peach liqueur
- dash ginger ale
- 1 slice white peach, to garnish
Method
Place the mint leaves, peach purée, lime juice, sugar syrup, rum and peach liqueur into a sling glass. Stir with a long-handled spoon.
Three-quarters fill the glass with crushed ice, then top up with ginger ale.
To serve, hook the slice of white peach and the mint sprig over the side of the glass.
